Ticket purchase
On our site, you select and purchase your ticket. You can enter your ticket purchase request (for seating) in the COMMENTS box.
Confirmation
Your purchase will be confirmed by e-mail after successful payment by credit card. In the case of bank transfer, we will send you our bank details by e-mail and confirm by e-mail when the transfer is received.
Reservation
Your paid tickets will be booked and invoiced. We will send you an invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided.Send a ticket
Tickets will be sent out by email approximately 10 days before the competition. The ticket is electronic, so you will need to either print it out or present it by phone at the venue on entry. For detailed information on how to use the electronic ticket, please refer to the email sent with your ticket.Reminder
After your ticket has been sent, we will send you an email reminder that you should have received your ticket. This way, if you missed your ticket being sent out, you will know that you should have your ticket by now.
